Had a good day down the pony today caught a 9lb 7oz mirror and a 21lb 8oz common unfortunately I lost 2 in the blanket weed

Can we do anything about the blanket weed? Do you mean the weed on top of the Potamogeton?

Yes the green blanket on top of the potamogeton caused by the warm water and fish craping to much, as to getting rid, thats another question to ponder on. Out on the boat with a rake might be worth a go, or there are chemical solutions but not to sure what the environmental issue would be? at the end of the day its up to Shane.

locked reels won't stop them running side to side
